Welcome to PAR Golf Club — your private space to practice, play, and unwind.
To ensure every member enjoys a premium and safe experience, please review and follow the rules below.

Quick Rules

  • Please use provided golf balls only. Outside balls may damage the impact screens or equipment.
  • NO SPIKES. Spikeless shoes only.
  • Make sure your clubs and equipment are clean and free of debris.
  • Keep bags off of the turf.
  • Access codes are for MEMBERS ONLY. Members must be present during full session.
  • If you move anything (furniture/stools/training aids/balls/tees/etc.), please return them to where they belong.
  • No food or drinks on the turf. Keep all beverages and snacks in the lounge area.
  • PAR Golf Club is an unmanned facility. Members are responsible for cleaning and resetting their bay after each session. Failure to do so may result in cleaning fees or loss of privileges.
  • All members must be 21 years of age or older.

1. General Conduct

  • Treat staff and fellow members with respect at all times.
  • Maintain a positive, sportsmanlike attitude and help create an enjoyable atmosphere.

2. Facility Care

  • Handle all TrackMan and simulator equipment with care.
  • Report any issues, damage, or malfunctions immediately to management.
  • Clean your shoes and clubs before play to protect the turf, screens, and sensors.
  • Do not touch, push, or lean on the impact screens.
  • Only hit provided, unmarked balls. No balls with ink, logos, or markings.
  • Members are financially responsible for any damage to the facility, equipment, or property caused by themselves or their guests due to negligence, misuse, or violation of club rules.

3. Booking & Access

  • Sessions must be booked in advance through the PAR Golf Club website or Trackman app.
  • Please enter and exit only through the main front entrance.
  • The club is accessible 24/7 via your unique digital entry code.
  • Sharing access credentials or allowing unaccompanied guests is strictly prohibited and will result in membership revocation and/or hourly charges.

3A. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

  • A no-show is defined as failing to utilize a booked hour. Arriving late or leaving early is permitted; however, using less than half of any booked hour will be treated as a No-Show.
  • Members are responsible for all tee times booked under their account.
  • A $50 per hour no-show fee will be charged to the member’s account for any missed booking hours without proper cancellation. If a member books multiple hours and misses any hour, the missed hour(s) will be charged.
  • PAR Golf Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take corrective action for repeated or excessive no-shows, including but not limited to:
    • Removal of prime-time booking privileges
    • Temporary or permanent booking restrictions
    • Suspension or termination of membership without refund
  • Members are expected to cancel any tee time they cannot attend to allow availability for others.
  • Tee times must be canceled at least 3 hours in advance. Tee times scheduled before 10:00 AM must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will be treated as a late cancellation and will be subject to applicable fees.

4. Attire

  • Proper golf or casual athletic attire is encouraged.
  • Golf shoes are welcome — no spikes allowed.
  • Tennis shoes with clean soles are acceptable on turf.

5. Food & Beverage

  • Members may bring their own food and beverages.
  • Keep all food and drinks in the lounge area only.
  • Please clean up after yourself and discard trash before leaving your session.

6. Safety

  • Always ensure the area is clear before swinging a club.
  • Never engage in behavior that risks injury or damages the facility.
  • Follow all safety notices and instructions provided by staff.

7. Guests

  • A guest is anyone who accompanies you, whether they are playing or not.
  • Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a member who is 21 or older.
  • Up to three complimentary guests are included per PAR member session. Each additional guest is $25.
  • Guest golfers must be registered, and any applicable guest fees will be charged to the member’s account.
  • Guest fees apply for all BOGEY/TRIAL member sessions.
  • Guests are subject to all club rules.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Keep all bags, clubs, and personal items off the turf area.
  • Store belongings neatly in the lounge area.
  • PAR Golf Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. Noise & Music

  • Please keep noise at a respectful level for fellow members and neighboring tenants.
  • Use the provided sound system for music and keep volume moderate.

10. Membership & Conduct

  • Violations of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
  • PAR Golf Club reserves the right to revoke access for misuse or inappropriate behavior.

11. Facility Upkeep

  • Dispose of trash properly and help maintain a clean, professional space.
  • Return all furniture to its original position before leaving.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.

12. Surveillance

For your safety, the premises are monitored by 24-hour video surveillance.

13. Lessons & Instruction

  • All private lessons, instruction, or coaching conducted on the premises must be pre-approved by PAR Golf Club.

14. Membership Cancellation

  • Memberships operate on a continuous automatic recurring billing schedule and will remain active until properly canceled in writing.
  • Cancellation requests must be received prior to the next scheduled billing date. Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in the full renewal charge for the upcoming billing period.
  • Members are solely responsible for monitoring and knowing their individual renewal date. PAR Golf Club is not responsible for providing billing reminders or renewal notifications.
  • Non-use of the facility for any reason — including but not limited to vacation, travel, injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or temporary absence — does not pause, suspend, defer, credit, or prorate membership dues.
  • PAR Golf Club does not offer membership holds, freezes, pauses, or retroactive cancellations.
  • All cancellation requests become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued under any circumstance.

15. Refund Policy

  • All payments made to PAR Golf Club are final and non-refundable.
  • This includes membership dues, guest fees, no-show fees, damage charges, cleaning fees, and any other assessed fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time, missed bookings, cancellations, suspensions, or membership termination for any reason.

PAR Golf Club reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these rules and policies at any time without prior notice.

By booking, accessing, or maintaining a membership with PAR Golf Club, you acknowledge and agree to all rules, policies, and terms outlined above.
