πŸ”“ 1. How do I access the club?

PAR Golf Club is an unmanned facility, so all entry and system access is self-service.

  • Door Code (OpenPath PIN): Unlocks the front door.

  • TrackMan PIN: Unlocks the TrackMan system.
    Use both exactly as given in your confirmation email.

πŸ“… 2. How do I book a bay?

All sessions are booked here MEMBER BOOKINGS

  • PAR Members: Up to 2 active bookings, max 3 hours per day, book 7 days in advance.

  • Bogey Members: Up to 2 total hours at once, with a $20 guest fee per guest, book 2 days in advance.

⏱️ 3. How long are sessions?

Bookings are up to 3 hours total per day for PAR Members. Bogey members are allowed 2 hours total.

πŸ›– 4. What are the bay names and locations?

  • Bay 1 β€” The Front Nine: First bay on the left.

  • Bay 2 β€” The Back Nine: Second bay down the hallway.

πŸ‘₯ 5. Can I bring guests?

Yes. Members must accompany their guests for the full duration of the session. Access codes are member-specific and may not be shared. PAR Members may bring up to 3 guests at no extra charge. Bogey Members may bring guests for a $20 guest fee per guest per session.

πŸŒοΈβ€β™‚οΈ 6. Do I need to bring golf balls?

No. PAR provides clean Pro V1s.
Outside golf balls aren’t allowed to protect the screens.

πŸ“ 7. Do I need to bring tees?

No. Tees are provided in every bay.

🧼 8. Can I use my own clubs?

Yes.
Please ensure clubs are clean - dirt damages the screen.

⏳ 9. What happens if I’m late?

Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.
There are no extensions.

🚫 10. Can I book both bays at once?

No. Members may only hold one bay at a time.

♻️ 11. Can I cancel or modify a booking?

Yes. Managed directly through YourGolfBooking.
Please cancel early so others can play.

πŸ” 12. Is food allowed?

You’re welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks into the bays. Complimentary refreshments are available in the fridge for members. Please enjoy respectfully and leave the space clean for the next player.

🧹 14. What should I do after my session?

Please leave the space clean:

  • Leave everything turned on

  • Log out of your Trackman account

  • Balls returned

  • Trash removed

  • Excessive mess results in a $100 cleaning fee.

⚠️ 15. What if something isn’t working?

Call us directly, or contact Trackman Support for simulator issues.

πŸ”’16. How old do members need to be?

PAR Golf Club is an adults-only facility. All members must be 21 years of age or older to join and access the club.

Guests under 21 may enter only enter when accompanied by their member.
