Everything you need to know — before you arrive, when you walk in, and how to make the most of your time on the bay.

Complete before arrival

Your liability waiver must be on file before you arrive. The front door will not unlock until it's submitted.

Complete your waiver

Download the Trackman Golf app before your visit. You'll use it to log in and track every shot of your session.

  • Your access codes were emailed when you booked — check your booking confirmation
  • The front door uses a 6-digit code
  • Your code activates 1 minute before your tee time — not earlier
  1. Enter the 4-digit PIN to unlock the bay computer
  2. Open the Trackman Golf app on your phone
  3. Tap "Quick Login" and scan the QR code on the screen
  4. Select your game mode and begin your session
If shots aren't tracking: Exit the current game and relaunch it. If the issue persists, fully close TPS and reopen it. Logging into a Trackman account saves your round automatically — guest rounds will need to be restarted if the session is interrupted.
  • Use the provided balls only
  • No spiked or cleated shoes
  • Keep clubs and equipment clean
  • No food or drinks on the turf — lounge area only

Please leave the bay the way you found it. The next guest is counting on it.

  • Return all balls, tees, and training aids to their place
  • Return all furniture to its original position
  • Throw away any trash
  • Wipe down tables and surfaces if used
$100 cleaning fee applies if the bay is not properly reset.
Your session ends at your scheduled time. Please be fully packed up and out of the bay by then.
